Lisa Kim, Dental Assistant
A dental laboratory changed Lisa’s life.
A visit to a dental laboratory several years ago was all the inspiration our lovely Dental Assistant Lisa needed to realise that she wanted to help people. She saw the skill, effort and time that goes into dentistry, and so studied Dental Technology at TAFE, which provided her with the fundamentals of the job.
Lisa says the most rewarding aspect of her job is helping patients get out of pain, and educating them on the importance of a healthy and consistent dental routine. Seeing a patient leave with a smile on their face is why she keeps doing what she does, and only wants to get even better at doing it. In fact, she loves it so much that she says she can’t imagine working in any other industry. Her personal ethos being “if you want it, you have to earn it”, and she certainly lives by this.
Dana Balosache
A sense of humour and duty.
Dana makes people smile with her support and help and a whimsical sense of humour. Our patients in our Wentworth Point clinic know her to be both thoughtful and dedicated.
Her desire to help people is clear in both the work she does as a Dental Assistant and as a Receptionist. Dana is one of the few people who could take on two roles and do them both unbelievably well. Maybe it’s all the board games she plays in her spare time that makes her so capable.
Brianna Bosward
Brianna was born to be our superstar receptionist.
We literally could not live without her at our Ropes Crossing practice. She somehow manages to remember all our patient’s names, and often even their dog’s names!
Brianna is empathetic and understands that their are other places that you’d rather be than at the dentist. That’s why she keeps the mood upbeat and always has a smile. Her life motto is “your life is your message to the world, make sure it’s inspiring”. She gets her inspiration from as many fishing trips as she can go on and spending time with her dog.
