- Avoid exercise and keep your head up to avoid any bleeding – your mouth has had a little operation after all.
- Avoid hot food and drink until after the anesthetic wears off, as you won’t be able to tell if you are burning yourself.
- Don’t rinse your mouth out in the first 24 hours, even if you want to – this will allow your mouth to heal.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as recommended by your dentist
